2. What this membership is for:
All content is for personal use only within your membership.

You may:
* listen, read, view, and download for personal use
* keep files downloaded during active membership
* share public posts with credit (Estelle Mey)

Member-only content: you are strictly not allowed to:

* share, repost, or redistribute any member-only content publicly or privately
* share login access, links, or downloads with others
* use any part of my work in your own projects (personal or commercial)
* remix, sample, edit, or adapt my audio, voice, music, or text
* use my work in any external publication, release, or media

4. Intellectual Property & AI Protection
 

All content (including voice, identity, music, lyrics, text, images, sound recordings, prompts, and all creative materials) remains the exclusive intellectual property of Estelle Mey.

Access does not grant any ownership rights.
 

Strict AI prohibition:
 

You are strictly prohibited from using any part of my work for:

* AI training, machine learning, dataset creation, or model development
* voice cloning, voice synthesis, or biometric replication
* generation of derivative works using AI tools
* scraping, feeding, or uploading my content into any AI system
 

This applies to all content shared across Ko-fi, Wix, website, email, platform or creation associated with Estelle Mey / Woodchant/ Fireside French.
 

Use of Identity & Work

You may not use or communicate my work or identity (Estelle Mey / Woodchant / Fireside French) in any way that is:

• hateful, discriminatory, abusive, or harassing

• defamatory or damaging to my reputation or identity

• extremist, illegal or unethical in context

• misleading, misrepresentative, or implying endorsement
